That's where we come in.
Our Approach
- Weeks 1–3, Discovery & Diagnostic: Deep immersion into your current state — stakeholder interviews, spend analysis, process mapping, and a structured maturity assessment.
- Weeks 4–7, Target Operating Model: Based on the diagnostic, I design what your procurement function should look like in 12–18 months — structure, process, technology, and governance.
- Weeks 8–12, Implementation Planning: A phased execution plan in 90-day increments with dependencies, resource requirements, and sequencing.
- Weeks 13–16 ,Executive Handoff: Final deliverable presentation to you and your leadership team, with a calibration period to adjust recommendations based on internal feedback.

BOTH START THE SAME WAY.
- OPTION 1, Architecture Only: You get the complete design — operating model, Implementation roadmap, and documentation package. Your team or an implementation partner executes it. I'm available for quarterly advisory check-ins if needed. 12-16 weeks.
- OPTION 2, Architecture + Build: after the design phase, I step in as your interim Head of Procurement — reporting directly to you, the CFO — with the authority to execute. I hire the team, implement the tech stack, negotiate the first wave of contracts, and stand up the function. When it's running, I recruit my permanent replacement and hand over the keys. 12-16 weeks design + 6-9 months Build
